If I take Iron Supplements?....?
If i take Iron supplements, im wondering if they will help me have regular periods. I started my 1st period when i was 14 or 15. Since then I've had about 5/6 periods, and im now 21. So its been like 1 period a year. Its really frustrating, although when i've had periods they are heavy and painful but i'd do anything to have a regular cycle!! ... Could they maybe help??
Not reduce....I want more periods!..regular

Iron supplements will not help reduce your period. Are you on birth control? Many birth control pills will reduce your period and cramps.
