So...I use to take medication for depression & anxiety but i never really stuck at it, just kept taking them when i felt like. Haven't taken them for a really long time (year and half, maybe more).

I just took one last night because my family recommend i do instead of drinking. My question is-

I would like to take them because im back at square 1 and this feels like my only chance to live a normal life but my sister is having a huge party in 4 weeks and i would like to drink at the party. Because of it being in 4 weeks im not sure if i can take mirtazapine up until then and still have a drink on the night?? because i read it take several weeks to leave the body??....maybe i could take it for a few weeks and not take it a week before the party?? What shall I do??

Ok so yesterday i noticed like an internet window come up by itself. It was for facebook but i couldnt click on it or anything, it was just in the middle of my screen.

Now today, the same 'facebook' window has come up but im watching the computer itself type in a account name and password and then its loggin itself into random people's accounts!!! and then...it posted somethin on someone's status.....like wtf!!! anyone know???

Ok I just went for an std test because my ex of 6 years (only guy i've been with) was a cheating **** head and I wanted to put my mind at rest.

I just wanted to know if it matters that I only had the blood test and the urine test.

I didnt want to be looked at physically so the doctor said it wasn't a "full" testing, but other than that, does the blood & urine test cover every disease?

I get this overwhelming feeling of emptiness come over me...I cant deal with it.

I've suffered in the past with anxiety and depression although I feel much better now.

I just split up with my fiance of 6 years but i feel after a couple months I dont really feel much, just numb really.

Anyway, I realise I have actually always felt this since I was a young teenager, but not as bad as i do now. I can physically feel it like come over me and i say to myself, Im starting to feel depressed.

The last few nights I thought of dying...I never would do that because I know its wrong...but I just hate the 'feelings' i have to go through to just get to the next day.

Anyway...I dont understand the emptiness, i cant exlain it. It happens especially in the evenin/night, i just feel alone, sad, scared, panicky.... its like nothing in the world is gonna make me happy, everything seems depressing and just pointless..

I can feel ok the next day or even couple hours later...but then i dread to feel that way again.

How do i deal with an empty feeling and what shall i do??

I cant hold a knife cuz it makes me feel weak. I imagine cutting myself or stabbing my eye somehow? ... Also horrible things like hurting people/animals that i love so much. I dont get it. I cant explain it. Its not like im a bad person, its more of an anxious thought, like imagine I did that and then i panic a bit.

Its like i cant control my thoughts sometimes. I went through a bad time for the last few years and now recently just broke up with the man i was getting married to this summer (been together 6 years).....i dont know why i think like this though, i wouldnt harm a fly.

My fiance has just taken the English language test that is required now for a Settlement/Fiance Visa. I have my fiance's scores online but i dont know what the passmark is according to the UK border agency, anybody know??

I am a sponsor for a Fiance Visa. My fiance is in India, in the process of submitting all of our application & evidence but I need to get all of the original copies of our evidence sent off to him.

Im unsure what originals I should be sending... ?

I've sent pages of scanned phone cards, do i have to send the original cards?

I also am not sending my passport, i think thats not possible. I've sent a certified copy of it, is that good enough? cuz I dont see how they will expect me to just send my passport overseas.

My fiance is in India and he had his Visa appointment yesterday but was sent away and told the application (& supporting evidence) were "un finished".

I've learned that he needs to produce a certificate and take an English language test as part of the application. Does anyone know where in India he can take this test? how long will it take to get this certificate? and is the test the ESOL one? (for settlement visa)

He speaks perfect english, he has been in the UK for 8 years before he was removed.

At night i get really scared. I have to turn the lights on to get upstairs otherwise my mind will race and i will freak out. Also i cant shower at night anymore because my thoughts are racy. And when i wash my face (obviously cuz my eyes are closed) i freak out because my minds racing and i imagine there's a murderer or monster behind me. ..I hate nights...i sleep at 4 or 5am every night because i cant cope....what could this be?

Well i have always had a problem with food. Its just these days there's so many different names for eating disorders so i dont know...

I had anorexia when i was 13-15. i recovered quickly and started binging. Not being sick, just eating alot of junk food all at once. I never had problems with being overweight up until a year ago ( i was on anti depressants tho)....anyway, recently i feel "normal-ish". I've tried to control what i eat and exercise. I would say im quite an extreme person, either one way or the other, there seems to be no inbetween for me.

So yesterday i bought a tin of celebrations and i've nearly finished the lot and i feel sick but i cant stop and i dont know why because i thought i didnt crave sugar anymore. Once, i had to sleep with a bucket next to my bed cuz i ate so much and even though i thought to myself the only thing thats gona make me stop eating chocolate and crap is if im sick.......so now im quite slim, i feel good, but im angry that i have just binged...so what can i do? starve myself of sugar like a drug addict??

I've read this up on the internet and it seems so many people have the same problem.

I suffer with anxiety, so dont know if that could be something to do with it....But one day, about 4 months back, i felt like i couldnt swallow anymore, like i had been strangled. My throat was really tight and then i developed like a lump in the back of it. It disappeared after about 2 weeks. Then it came back after another few weeks...(it was more severe in the beginnin, i still have like a lump feeling but more like a dry lump). So now i get it very often and i just feel like i cant get enough water although im not thirsty its just the dry lump makes me feel like i constantly need water.

The weird thing is that sometimes the feeling completely dissapears, even when i actually do have like a lump in my throat (the very same day)..............So i really dont know what it could be? Has anyone got any suggestions? or maybe experiencing the same thing?.....Let me know, i appreciate it.

I have an LG viewty mobile. It's a touch screen, but for some reason touch screen is not working?

im suppose to be able to tap the menu icons on my screen, (they usually work), but nothing's happening. If i press any harder i will end up damaging my screen.......whats going on? what can i do? and.....will it just start to work at any time or is it broken??????? thankyou in advance.

If i take Iron supplements, im wondering if they will help me have regular periods. I started my 1st period when i was 14 or 15. Since then I've had about 5/6 periods, and im now 21. So its been like 1 period a year. Its really frustrating, although when i've had periods they are heavy and painful but i'd do anything to have a regular cycle!! ... Could they maybe help??

I've always had problems with depression & anxiety.

Especially if something bad happens, it gets worse.

But lately, I can be fine one minute and the next im in tears. Sometimes i just start to feel low and sometimes almost suicidal. Its like nothing in the world can make me feel better when i feel like that, i just have to let the emotion pass. Other times I feel excited and i can talk 4 ages. Little things can also make me really angry, & when i feel angry i want to smash something up or scream.

Also when im anxious, i have racing thoughts, scary ones of scary things. Especially at night when im alone, so now i've got into the routine of going 2 bed in the mornings again.

Im sick of these feelings, they are too up & down...am i nuts?

Ok so i just got a new screen 4 my laptop and my dad put it in 2nite. It was broken 4 about a year and a half! ...It logs on fine, but when i click on any file or internet or anything, it dont work.

The mouse pointer is on the screen & does move around but nothing works.

I also clicked on start and then programs and it like crashed (like that programs screen stayed up) and now thats programs screen is just black (like a big black block up on the left of my screen)....I dont understand whats wrong with it, anyone know?????? please help, thanks.

My wardrobe has been locked 4 about a month!!!!! & now im really frustrated. I dont usually lock it, the key just stays in the lock....but one night I was getting ready...got a lil tipsy and the nexy day I realised i had locked my wardrobe and couldn't find the key anywhere!

Its not like a usual lock which is easy to pick. The key has a hole on the end of it and thats how it unlocks....Anyone know how I could get it open?????????? Would love you forever!! lol

Im not into energy drinks, i use to drink lucozade all the time.

I jus had only a few sips of lucozade and i've noticed a few times my heart starts beating faster, I also feel really shaky & anxious!...jus wonderin if anyone else has experienced this?

My GTA game was inside my xbox when I dropped an exercise ball that bounced onto my xbox. The strange noise was deffinately the disc spinning round inside coz when I looked the disc has big reels of scratches and now the xbox wont read the disc...is it well and truly nakered? Is there something i can buy like disc cleaner? My guess is i'll hav 2 buy the game again, just thought i'd check 1st.

(and i had gotten really far on that game grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)
