It would be cute, but may stretch out if you have kids. Price is usually determined by size and detail rather than location. I don't have a tattoo there, but I heard it can be a more painful location than others. Other places to put it where it would look cute would be your shoulder blade or ankle, but the hip/side area would be best.

I would not suggest getting this tattoo unless there is a special meaning behind the peacock feather and it holds a lot of importance to you. You don't want to get something where you look back a few years from now and regret getting it because you think it was childish or meaningless.

ok, I like tattoos, however getting one to your ankle can also be very difficult. For something, they're complex to cover whilst you wish to look formal (like at a marriage ceremony). Most ankle tatt's exhibit via even the darkest of stockings, so in case you get one, take a look at to not get a relatively daring one. Also, it a foot/ankle tattoo is just too colossal, it appears variety of manly, preserve em' small and female. Hope this Helped!!
