Instead they focus on an argument Mel Gibson had with his girlfriend. That affects no one's lives. The Black Panthers saying they are going to kill white babies does.

Could it be because the whole thing is a trumped up non-story by the right wing press that has no basis in reality?

Ask yourself this...IF this was a REAL story with the big implications that the right-wing press keeps howling about, why in the world would the Republican leadership not be JUMPING at the opportunity to do whatever it takes to get this so-called story investigated? Why has the ENTIRE leadership of the Republican party not said ONE word about this story?

Could it be that they know that it IS a non-story with no legs, other than to let the right-wing press whip up the base with it?

Because they don't want to expose the truth of this radical racist group because they are black, if this group was white, they would not hesitate to cover that.
