    I also suffer from the puff, and it doesn't help that I color it as well.

    I love the Paul Mitchell strengthening system. I alternate between that and an all natural shampoo I pick up from Melaleuca. The real key is to keep changing up your products, you hair gets used to products after a couple of weeks and you won't be able to achieve the results you once did. I also like the garnier line. I try to steer clear of things that say for curly hair, while my hair is curly and frizzy it is also fine and I find that items labeled for curly hair tend to weigh it down too much.

    Well i have curly hair too! (;

    & have you seen the new line of pantene ? like a special line

    for curly , thick , thin, or colored hair ?

    well i use the curly line obviously ,& i use the shampoo

    by pantene called "curly to straight" & it makes my hair

    soo smooth i love it ! also theres one called "dry to moisturized",

    i don't use that one but it still works just as good. id go

    with either one.

    so i suggest using the "curly to straight" pantene shampoo.

    attempt a various form . Aussie has never labored nicely for me ... in spite of the certainty that i like the scent. attempt Treseme anti- breakage or a greater high priced form .. i do think of which you pay for high quality and that the quite greater high priced ones will artwork greater useful. Nexxus isnt too undesirable and works nicely for me. they also have a clarifying shampoo that's additionally conditioning- stated as Aloe

    never ever use pantene. it kills your hair. I reccomend using garnier, or a natural product.
