Why isn't Packer guard Jerry Kramer NOT in the Pro Football Hall of Fame?

The man was only the best right guard in the NFL in the first 50 years of the league. He also came back from a career(and life) threatening illness to return to help the Packers win the first two Super Bowls. Are there any experts out there who think they know why Kramer isn't in the Hall of Fame?

He will be one day. I think any team can have as many Hall of Famers they want.

Kramer's continued omission in a travesty. Kramer is WAY MORE DESERVING THAN PRESENT DAY PLAYERS LIKE SAPP AND STRAHAN AND MANY MORE. Yes, there are a lot of Packers from the 60's teams because they were the greatest team ever under Lombardi. Gregg, Thurston and other Packers, who are deservedly in the HOF were no better than Jerry Kramer.

The HOF is B.S. until Jerry Kramer is a member!

He was great, but the main argument is that there are already too many Packers from the Lombardi era in the Hall of Fame (Nitscke, Starr, Adderly, Wood, Lombardi himself).
