How can I get frizz-free kinks after doing two french braids after a shower before bed?

it really doesn't matter what "type" of gel it is, as long as the colored stripe at the base of the tube says extreme hold. personally i use the volumizing gel so that it will work both ways, keeping the frizz down or giving a spring in my typically flat hair. you can find it at pretty much any Walgreen's or cvs
