How does Runescape detect bots?
I have this runescape bot, where I downloaded this client that I can run runescape on. It is the exact same thing as runescape, but it has all of these options of bots to run. It is absolutely flawless. It has a random event handler, so everytime you get a random event, it completes it automatically. It does random things like checking stats, it takes a break and logs you out every hour, then logs back in 5 minutes later. It doesn't click in the same spot either, it clicks randomly, say I was cutting magics, it doesn't click the same spot, it detects magic trees, and clicks it, hard to explain. But, what are my chances of getting banned? It seems that even if someone were to report me, jagex wouldn't have any solid evidence that I was botting.

No one knows how Jagex detects bots. All we know is that they have a script that automatically detects them. You will msot likely eventually get caught, maybe not in the next week, or even in the next month, but eventually you will. As to how you would get caught, it is possible that Jagex will find this program you use and employ measures against it. From the information you have told me, I believe that they could trace the presence of this botting program by somehow discovering if you have the client. They may be able to do this my tracing your connection to RuneScape, or something similar. Also every now and then they ask for system specifications. It is possible that the client could be detected if you take part in this data collection.
