Is there an easy way i can catch the Legendary Dogs without using a masterball?

    Yes.Have a Pokemon that knows Mean look,another that knows False Swipe and another that knows a sleep move.Use Mean look to trap them,then put them to sleep.Next,use false swipe ans swipe them down to 1%.False swipe does not kill a Pokemon,it will leave them at one percent even if you use it while they are at one percent.
