Is there an easy way i can catch the Legendary Dogs without using a masterball?

in the front of your party have a golbat or something that has mean look to keep it from escaping.weakin it and catch it

Thats going to be hard. Suicune you will catch naturaly as you progress through the story line, no chasing will be involved.
As for the other two where chasing is involved, some tips would be:
DO NOT USE FLY TO CHASE- if you fly to the closest place, they will run and never stay still
Use the bike or run to chase- they will be less likely to run anwill stay in one place more often
Use a gengar to use mean look and then immediately put it to sleep with hypnosis- Raikou and Entei both know roar and gets to be a real annoying thing if they are not sleeping.
Remember to use a Gengar under Lv. 40 so repel will make sure they will appear if you are on the same routes.

You can always try a quick ball. But have someone in front that has the ability Arena Trap. Or you can use the move Mean Look. Otherwise you can just hope that it catches in one round with an ultra ball.
