I adopted a dog she is two years old and does not know how to play.?

Question

We have two dogs and they both love to play fetch.  We just adopted this new dog she is a 2 year old and when we play fetch with the other two;  she gets upset with her hair up on her back and just barks at them.  One of the other two dogs is the Alpha male he just ignores it until she gets close to him.  She has even snapped at him when he brings me the ball.  I don't know how to change this behavior. I have tried talking with her calmly and rubbing her back,  I have tried giving her the ball she won't take it.  She is a German Shepard.  The other two dogs are both male one German Shepard the alpha and one Kelpie.

Have you ever seen its me or the dog? I think it is a great show. I think you should watch her show a few times (its on animal planet, and I think its available on their website or on youtube) then you will see her do a method where she desensitizes dogs to things they don't like with food...so they learn to associate the thing they hate with good things, and learn to tolerate it...(though she may not ever play fetch herself) 
Be sure to watch a few episodes because it may take you a few to see the method I am talking about. You should know it when you see it. Also, the ASPCA should be able to hook you up with a trainer at a discount since you adopted her. That is probably the way to go if you can, but not every one had the money to do that (including myself).

we got a 3 year old hunting dog  from my dad's buddy and she came into heat and got pregnant. Well after that she thought when you humped on another dog that was how you played! Lol!!! It was hilarious
