A question about an Asus- Essentio laptop that I'm looking at?
I always though that Asus just made parts for computers, but I found this desktop on the Best Buy site:

Does anyone have experience with their line of computers? Are they any good, in your experience? It's going to be a computer for my two sisters and my mother. My younger sister would be playing video games (WoW) on it, so it has to be able to handle that. It seems to have decent stats.

The Best Buy site is 'currently being updated,' so I can't look far into your particular prospect yet. Judging by the URL (and depending on price), it will probably be an ok deal, but a Pentium processor is a bit of an aging thing. If it claims to be a Pentium dual core, it is in reality two separate processors in a single socket, thus will not perform as highly in dual core-optimized functions. The Pentium D line also has a high heat-output. Even then, it will probably handle WoW just fine (possibly also depending on the graphics card).
However, I can say that I have had a good experience with every ASUS product I own. They will perform as they are priced. When it comes to desktops, I prefer to build my own, so I don't have as much experience with OEMs as others, but their laptops are built well. Even the $200 netbook I own gets the job done, albeit its 'job' from the beginning was word processing and very limited web browsing (like I said, it performs as it's priced). The one thing that put me off about considering other ASUS laptops was the screen resolution (I prefer high pixel-density).
EDIT:
Now that the website is back up, I can see more details here. This particular model has an ok price. Not as low as it would be elsewhere, but not gratuitously overpriced. It has Intel onboard graphics, which will struggle when pushed beyond the most menial of tasks. Try tigerdirect.com if you're interested in finding lower prices.

^^This might be another option for you. It's smaller and has a current-generation processor and nVidia onboard graphics, which will be able to handle much more than the Intel variety could. I've used Acer mini-desktops before, and the build quality should offer no complaints. The DDR2 memory will yield no performance decrease from the above ASUS's DDR3, since the Pentium's FSB speed is only 800MHz, the same as this DDR2 memory.

The price is certainly right, if it will do what you want, give it try, the warranty seems ok. (editorial) I use my laptop a lot, for business, I travel with it, I have not slept with it, but practically, and it has become my main method of communication, so after trying the less expensive models, and having them "go away" after 2 or 3 years, I bought an apple last time, it has lasted longer than all of the other models, and i regularly speak to people who have had theirs for 5 or more years. The cost is outrageous, however I am beginning to see the advantage of the Mac.

My mom has an asus netbook and it's terrible. If you're going to go for a desktop go for a dell, they're generally the best Windows. Then again Apple makes the best computers out there, but i'm not sure if WOW is compatible with those.

It has a quad center cpu yet no longer extremely a stable Nvidia gt 220 video card so it extremely is going to play maximum video games on low ingredient. So NO no longer likely except you place a greater useful video card in it. ie: Radeon 5770 or geforce gts250 or above.
