I keep on getting a small window indicating "Type Error: Components.classes[cid]is defined" on every action!!?

On my Firefox web browser, every action that I perform requires me to double click this little window each & every time I try to perform a task. It's a very small window that has [JavaScript Application] in the top left corner; with a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it & in the middle of it reads "Type error:components.classes[cid]is defined". In order for me to get rid of it, I have to double click the "OK" button to continue. It's starting to drive me insane. I have no clue on even why it is there & more importantly, how do I get rid of it??? So, any of you computer geniuses or knowledgeable computer techs that may have my solution, please help me before my laptop goes flying out the window....Thanks in advance to whomever knows what's up!!!

Apparently, you've got some code there that shouldn't be running. :P The simplest way would be to reinstall firefox. =]

    1. Just this once, run Internet Explorer, or any other browser you have/wish to use (Or firefox if you really wanna deal with it. :P)

    2. Google "Firefox download" and download a new firefox installer.

    3. In your start menu, Go to Control Panel, then Add or Remove Programs, then Remove Programs, then find Firefox in the list that gets populated. (The order of things might change a bit depending on the version of Windows you're running, but it's the same concept to get here. =])

    4. Right click on Firefox there and click on uninstall. Follow the instructions on the window that appears.

    5. Go to where you downloaded your firefox installer and re-install it.

    6. Run Firefox again, and live problem-free. =] ...Or at least free of that problem. ^^

    7. If it STILL doesn't work....... go here > www.google.ca/chrome/eula.html and install and use Google Chrome. =] :P It's a small and fast user-friendly browser with very little buttons and no annoying toolbars. It even saves your 8 most visited sites as your homepage! =]

I hope all this helps as it would pain me to see a potentially good laptop fly out a window. =]
