Possible UTI could this affect my period or HPT's?
Ok so my period is about 2 1/2 weeks late at this point (last one was May 29 or 30) and I've been having all kinds of weird symptoms, headaches, achyness in lower abdome, tightness in upper abdomen, urinating frequently. Took a few HPT's at a couple days late, 11 days late and 14 days late, all negative. I thought it might be a UTI could this cause a delayed period, or if I am pregnant could it affect the test?
I do have an appointment with my Ob/Gyn tomorrow this thought just occurred to me and I was curious. Thanks!

A UTI will not affect the result of a pregnancy test. It's best to perform a test 2-3 weeks after intercourse, its more accurate at that time. It sounds like a UTI. Take a urine sample to your Doctor to find out for sure.
