Math Question! Need Help! Probability?

14 Schools compete in a competition, gold, silver. and bronze are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. How many different arrangements of winners can there be?

    Ok so...

    First there are 14 different schools that can win gold

    Then there are 13 different schools that can win silver for each school that got first place because one of the 14 schools cant win gold AND silver so (13 x 14 = 182)

    Then repeat the same process for the 182 possibilities that can get silver but 1 less so 12.

    (182 x 12 = 2184)

    So there are 2184 TOTAL possibilities. Trust me i know what im doing
