How to turn my Windows XP laptop Japanese.?
I have searched this ever where but when I do the only result I get is How To Type Japanese which I already installed to my computer. I want to know how to turn my laptop's FULL language Japanese. When I click the start bar, I do not want to see English choices; I want EVERYTHING I see on my desktop to be in Japanese only (( as if I bought it in Japan )).
Is it possible to do this?

No, XP does not allow display language change, there are ways to hack it but you would be most likely getting corrupted systems files, you need to get a copy of XP in Japanese.
Sorry
Source(s): I research that topic a lot for weeks trying to do the same for Spanish (my native language), but I end up buying an Spanish copy of the OS - MattLv 61 decade ago
It is not. If you buy a copy of Windows in the USA, Canada, or any other English-speaking country that's going to be the only language available for those things.
While you can set the currency/time/language for non-unicode programs to Japanese, like the previous answerer linked a tutorial to do, it will still not accomplish what you're looking for.
The best that you can do is click the Advanced tab in Regional and Language Options (found in the Control Panel) and select Japanese as the Language for non-Unicode programs. (see image in my source) This is required to run most programs made in Japan and will change the text of some programs to Japanese. Another tool that Microsoft makes that allows a non-Japanese copy of Windows to run Japanese programs is called Applocale; just google it.
