What are some different banquet hall prices?

I am opening up an banquet/event hall in south Florida. It is right on the beach and connect to a Ramada resort hotel. It holds up to 150 people. It has a bar, stage, lights for a dance floor, projector screen, vip section (if needed), elegant bathroom, and dressing room (if needed for wedding receptions or whatever). I can pair up with a caterer if the people need food/snacks. I have someone for live music and entertainment or just a dj type person. I have valet parking services or they can go to a parking garage that is close by. I was wondering what would be some different prices with or without catering. With or without entertainment. Maybe just let me know what you paid for with your wedding, birthday, business party/meeting, family reunion, or whatever. Thanks!

    You will need to start with a base rate and that will be how much yo need to opertae with bare bones staff, Make it worth while to have the lights on and so on.

    Then figure how much more you will need for different sized groups, You will need staff, seating, decorations (will yo provide that or do they)

    I recomend talking to other banquet halls and seeing what they charge.

    It is our decisison weather or not you want to hire a kitchen staff for the food end or if you want tobe be able to rent out the kictehn for caterers or the hosts to make food there.

    You need to do WAY more research before going thru with this. And asking on YA is NOT the kind of research you need.
