The Bible uses language that implies we do have a will, as we are commanded to do various things and avoid temptation, for example.
But Jesus also said: "I tell you the truth, everyone who sins is a slave to sin" (John 8:34)
And Paul says people are either slaves to sin or slaves to God/righteousness in Romans 6.

God gave us independence to live our lives with or without him.
Yes he had the first will, and in that he knew others would stray from it, but if they decide to follow him and Jesus again they are accepted as if they never left, and everything is forgiven.

God's definition of will is incorrect.
Were he to exist, his "free" will means that our lives are known by him before he creates us. He also knows whether or not we will be skeptical and/or atheist. Should we be created as atheists, we do not repent, thus, we are damned to hell. God knows this will happen, plans on it, then acts upon it.
Again, should he exist.

God does not exist.
