Will Liberals call for repeals?

Question

So, we learned yesterday (although some of us already knew) that the health care reform law gives the executive branch literal legislative powers... bypassing the Constitutional authority of the Congress. Very soon, we will learn that the newly passed financial reform law will give the executive branch similar powers over private businesses.

My question is simply this...
When a Republican makes it back to the White House, and then has these dictator-like powers... how will Liberals feel? Will there be mass outrage? Will there be calls for repeal of all of Obama's "reform"?

The Republican's will have no choice but to repeal the health care package and half of what Obama has imposed.
They know our Country is on the tracks to the biggest train wreak ever seen. With out some intervention the USA as we know it will die a horrible death taking half the people with it.
You may think  Ethiopia has it bad just wait. The collapse of the USA will pull down so many others.

The money from the USA that supports some many country's
will destroy other country's economies. With out it they collapse as well.
