To enter Windows safe mode:
1.Restart your computer and keep pressing f8
2. Select SAFE MODE from the list
To go back to normal mode:
1.Restart your computer and keep pressing f8
2. Select NORMAL MODE from the list
Why do you have to complicate things?

Did you try restarting it and hitting F8 when it's loading? On mine, when I do that it brings up a black and white menu where I can select safe mode or normal mode.

placed the Vista disc interior the force. Restart. Reinstall Vista. If the Vista setting up container would not seem (could take place if the disc is interior the force once you boot up), examine BIOS settings.
