The one that says "do as I say, not as I do", whats the bible scripture for it? I can't find it.

I don't think there's a scripture that says that. However a similar point is brought out by Christ when he spoke of the religious leaders of his time, in Matt 23:3.

Matthew 23:3 (New International Version)
So you must obey them and do everything they say. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach.
