Depends on how you view Baptism.
If Sacramental and in the Catholic church -- then NO. Somethings can not be undone...the Catholic church believes that Baptism leaves a permanent mark on your soul, as a child of God.
If Sacramental but outside of the Catholic church - perhaps, by formally revoking your beliefs or sending a letter to the Vicar, Pastor, or Patriarch.
If non-Sacramental and only an outward sign of your beliefs as many Protestants believe..then by simply not believing.. you have undone it.
If you are Atheist - then you don't believe in it, so it is meaningless.
I find it interesting that many Atheists want to undo something they claim they don't believe in. As if they are deep down ARE still concerned that there is some validity in it OR are conflicted on the topic.
It's interesting that many non-believers still want some absolute assurance they have left the old beliefs. Again.. showing a confusion about what they DO believe. At least in the eyes of Christians.
Lastly, wanting a ritual to undo a ritual... is why increasingly, theists view Atheism and Agnosticism as religions...because some are starting to develop rituals of their own.

I'd be perfectly happy to perform an unbaptism ceremony for you. It consists of patting you with a fluffy towel and promptly forgetting who you are.

Better to live my life as a Christian waking up to discover that there isn't any Heaven, then to wake up as a sinner in eternal Hell.
God Bless

It's only worth what you attach to it. If you don't care about it anymore, it's nothing but a cold bath a stranger gave you.

That makes no sense. Why wouldn't you need it? Are you not faithful anymore? Or do you just think you're perfect?

It's just a state of mind. If dunking myself in water turned me religious every time I did it, then I wouldn't bathe.

I was baptized. Looking back, it was just a mini-shower on a hot day... don't sweat it.
