No. Americans may not be in a mood to re-elect Obama in 2012, but it won't be because of Jeb Bush. There is about zero chance of ever electing another member of that family.

It's possible but not probable. He will be on a short list of potential running mates who can win an important geographical section of the country, namely the Southeast and Texas. The GOP ticket must hold Texas, North and South Carolina, Florida, Virginia, Georgia, Louisiana, et al if they have any chance to win.
They will also need to take Arizona, New Mexico, California and Colorado so the Southwest is equally important to them. I don't know what draw Jeb Bush has in those states, but if he wants to make a difference and raise his own profile, then he should be living between California and Nevada trying to help the GOP candidates for federal and state office in those two states.
That's risky for him and for them, but politics is not for the faint of heart. Doing nothing is also risky and the little upside that exists with that strategy is beyond your control. It's all chance when you choose to do nothing to advance your political portfolio.

I honestly think Jeb Bush has great potential and that is why he should wait at Letat two terms out, before even thinking about running. Come out too soon and he will end up defending GW instead of making his own path.

No. I think Americans are burnt out on Bushes. I think most Americans would like Republicans to get away from their pseudo-monarchy and find presidential candidates from somewhere other than the same family.

Yes. I think Bush / Palin is the only chance for Republicans in 2012.

No, this guy wont have a chance because he is George Bush's brother. The American people dont want to be reminded of the 8 years of his brothers.

No way. 2 Bush's in the White House was about as much as this country could take.
