Seriously why do you think Hillary did not get the nod for democratic running candidate?

Not to say thing about Barack Obama or anyone else. This is just about why.

Her campaign blew it. Despite having a lot of the people involved in writing the rules for the primary system, her campaign did not get the importance of organizing in some of the caucus states on and immediately after Super Tuesday. She also was not prepared for the latter primaries in February with her staff being convinced that the nomination would be decided on Super Tuesday.

But for these blunders, Senator Clinton might have been able to win the nomination.

The reason why it was close was the baggage from her husband's administration and the tendency of the Democrats to always be looking for something new. Democrats have tended since 1972 to nominate a candidate who was relatively new on the national scene while the Republicans have tended to nominate the next candidate in line.

Clearly the idea of a having VP that is possibly smarter, probably more ambitious, definitely more conniving and a past full of rumors of people that succumbed to unfortunate events would make a perfect choice in soap opera or a mini series. But I think if I were President I would want someone who were a bit of a fool, who has lower ambition than myself, and has less connections (financial and power wise). Thus Biden is perfect.

If the VP starts looking like the a better choice than the President, the President would become very ineffective.

Too much baggage. The perfect choice for a VP candidate is someone with the minimum of a record so people don't have an overly informed opinion of them. That is why Palin was such a failure, people formed an opinion of her quick and that was Aleutian Barbie.

First she was a woman.. and like it or not America is still very much against a woman in the highest office.. oh God forbid she might get a headache and nuke us all...! Stupid.

And secondly, she was not black.. black was in the fix. The Dems knew it and they used it. Too bad in their rush to win they would not have managed to pick an American Black!

    Hillary is an empty vessel.

Because she slept with Bill, you think she is qualified.?

Because she studied Karl Marx for four years, (in college), you think she is qualified.?

JFK-jr. was killed in a mysterious plane crash. 24 hours after he said he was going to run for the N.Y. Senate seat.

The same seat Hillary won by a landslide. (wink-wink)

    Read between the lines.....
