Does anybody know the name of this movie?

I feel asleep while watching an extremely good movie last night and I want to see it again but I can't remember what the name of the movie is.

In the movie there is a girl (she looked to be in about grade 7) and she was the most popular girl in the school and all the guys would want to date her and she was mostly popular because it was said that she has the most amazing hair in the school, which was long blonde hair halfway down her back and she had bangs. In it she is dating a boy that she loves and he one day all of a sudden breaks up with her and she becomes depressed. After about a month of depression she becomes so depressed that she shaves all of her hair off and is then made fun of by everyone in the school. In the very ending scene you see her walking on the side of a highway as a boy drives by a yells "hey ugly!" at her. She then walks about another 8 feet then turns and stares at the road for a moment as you see a big 18 wheel truck coming down the highway and she jumps in front of it to commit suicide.

It was a very good movie but also very sad. Does anybody know the name of this movie?
