Well, if you have already searched it on Google, what makes you think anyone here actually lived in the house or has psychic powers to come up with a name of who lived there during that time? LOL
I love it when people come to Yahoo Answers for free info and then put parameters on how we can answer you. Seems a bit backwards, and people should be happy they even get a response that is well thought out and written, and not spam like a lot of answers here.
Anyways, why not go to the tax assessors site for the county this place is in, and see if you can find out who the owners were that way?

I think Robert Ward from Dayton Ohio owned at lot of houses in Columbus Ohio then. Probable 218 west 9th ave too.

Good luck with that one. This is a general, international site, you'll never get an answer to something that specific. This is all public record anyway, go check the town records. The property tax payer is listed and that's usually the owner.

I would imagine that the county courthouse keeps records on who owns what property, whos names are on the deeds and titles, and what transfers have occurred.
