What to make with very little?
I bought some bananas a week ago but now they're browning :( I only have two left because I baked like crazy because noone would eat the bananas and I wasn't planning on wasting my money :) I've gone a little to far and don't wanna waste these last 2 bananas.
Here's What I've Got:
Brown Sugar
White Sugar
Powdered Sugar
Peanut Butter
White Chocolate Chips
Dark Chocolate melting chips( although they might be spoiled :( )
baking powder
nutmeg
baking soda
cinnamon
water
milk
eggs
NO BUTTER :(
vegetable oil
bread
That's about all my baking stuff :) Oh and vanilla and salt but not a ton of vanilla. Is there anything worth baking with my 2 bananas or shall they suffer a long death.
THANKS :)

You can save them for banana bread or just about anything baked where you use mashed bananas by freezing them. They will be good for about a month. It doesn't really matter if you peel them or not but I would put them in a freezer bag. They will brown when frozen but it doesn't matter with banana bread.

Freeze them or make banana bread. Also a variation on banana bread is chocolate chip banana muffins. Most kids love them and they're also good for a quick breakfast snack, since they're relatively healthy. Or if you really just want to get rid of them with not much work, melt some chocolate chips and have fun dipping sliced bananas in. You could even freeze chocolate-covered bananas for later.

make a basic pancake mix w/ some of the ingredients you have listed above ; add some vanilla , cinnamon , and brown sugar to the batter ; heat vegetable oil ; cut bananas in quarters ; dip bananas in your "pancake" like mix batter ; deep fry in vegetable oil ; if your dark chocolate melting chips are not spoiled , melt them and make a dipping sauce :) i hope you enjoy .

Freeze the banans. It will make wonderful banana bread. When you freeze bananas they become more liquid when they defrost. This adds more moisture to your bread. It takes a little longer to cook it, but it is more moist and flavorful. The bananas also become much more sweet when frozen. Don't be afraid of the dark skin when they freeze!
