How can i get my Kia Optama to stop breaking down?

put on a new battery but it won't hold a charge what is the problem

    The problem is that your alternator is busted. Your battery wasn't the problem...you need to test the alternator.

    if it wont hold a charge it may be a parasitic draw, or you may be leaving something on. Look for the obvious like dome light staying on, or glove box light. other than that youd have to go to a shop

    ur alternator is probably brocken,

    or a light doesnt turn off when you shut off the car.

    By getting RID of that P.O.S. and buying a REAL car, like a Corolla or Civic.
