razor blade the **** outta it, the best way to achieve an original scene look is to razor the ends. you want longer hairs near the nape of your neck leave those longest then just hack away i suppose you get shorter as you go up? depending on how short your hair is already, and waht kind of look you want to achieve...HAVE FUN WITH IT thats the way to do it scene is like it doesnt matter just rock whatever it turns out to be and you got the method down pact.

Holy crap this trend is still around?
I was into the whole scene thing a few years back. It would just be best to take a picture to a hair salon. That's what I would do and it would come out amazing.
Everyone else is right about using the razor on the end of your hair. They can also do this at the salon. Just let the pros do it so you don't run the risk of messing your hair up.

Hmmm, i really recommend you don't cut your own hair if you don't know what you are doing and if you're not a hairdresser it usually turns out bad. Go to your hairdresser , by the way, scene haircuts look amazing :D

You shouldn't cut it yourself. Go to a hairdresser and get it done because they have more experience than you. I think the name for a scene haircut is called "teased hair".
You are a girl..right?

You know one of those razors you shave your legs with?
Get one of those, make sure it's clean, of course.
If you want the back shorter than the front, make sure you have a few mirrors with you.
Now, use the razor as if it were a hairbrush, only using more pressure.
This will make it look more choppy.
