problem with windows 7 pro compatibility issues?

I just upgraded from XP to windows 7 Pro, and I am having a problem trying to run "Battlefield Vietnam".

it worked fine on XP, and I tried to run it in compatibility mode with XP service pack 2 and 3, which it both ran on. but it say's it's an "incompatible application". Is there a way to fix it so it will run?

Are you indicating it will not run in the WinXP virtual mode in Windows 7? The MS compatibility site indicates that it is compatible with both the 32 and 64 bit versions:

It seems to be registry error, you need to clean and repair registry manually if you have some know how of it otherwise don't go for it and download reginout or ccleaner type of software.
