I would like vs. I will like?

I have been putting ads up online and get responses that include the phrase

I will like to

when in my dialect it would clearly be

I would like to

Is there any native English speakers' dialect that uses " I will like to" do something?

The reason I ask is that I often for awhile responders were openly from Nigeria or near there with scam offers; then the same kinds of scam offers were coming from England ( I could tell by the country code of the phone numbers); now they seem more discreet with this kind of accent. I don't want to turn away sincere replies, but neither do I want to respond to scammers.

By they way, they are now using names that appear to be traditional English origin names; whereas in the past they seemed more doubtful.

Update:

thank you Bob, but I think you didn't read my whole question. It is not the if clause I am thinking about, but rather the petitioning

I would like to meet you tomorrow

vs.

I will like to meet you tomorrow.

Using "will" sounds very odd to me in this context.

Grammatically " I would like" is the correct form used to express an expecation and/or request.

"I will like" must be avoided as it is grammatically incorrect. It should noted however that such phrase are very common grammatical errors made in spoken English among those without any formal learning of the English language.

"i will like to meet you tomorrow" would suggest that they were already going to meet you while "i would like to meet you tomorrow" means there asking if they can meet you
