I need help with my truck!!!!?

I have a 1992 Dodge Ram D150 with a 318 magnum. It is TBI.

I was wondering if I could take the throttle body off of a 360 magnum and put it on my 318 magnum. The only reason I'm asking is because I know the 360 was built from the 318.

Please help me!!!!

    you can as long as all the bolt holes line up. what,s wrong with the 318 throttle body? would,nt it be easier to get another throttle body off a 318 ?
