Most email providers allow from 10-25mb maximum attachment (or in your case, a video) size traditionally. Video file size is determined on a few factors, mostly quality and length. The better the quality, the larger the file. It's quite possible that a 10min video can be over 150mb. That is, way to big for regular email.

Don't lose hope, there's a couple of ways around this.

One way is to create a free account with YouTube and upload your video. From there you can copy and paste the URL or web address to your email purposes. Now, keep in mind, YouTube is a public site, and anyone can view the videos.

Another is to utilize a large file transfer site. This type of website is designed to store your file, email the recipient, and direct them to the website to download the file directly. Similar to email. Nice addition, it stays private to everyone unless emailed the "link". If you want you can use my brothers site to send files up to 2GB,.. its free and you can use your existing email.
