How can you buy a foreclosed home without bidding on it by buying it directly from the bank which owns it?

You can't unless you find a foreclosure owned by a smaller local bank. NONE of the large nationwide lenders will deal directly with buyers. They all use real estate agencies to dispose of their owned real estate properties. Well over 95% of foreclosed properties are handled by real estate agencies.

The Bank is the owner of the home. You can't.
