Question about a 3 day eviction notice?

Long story short, I live in a condo here in Indianapolis, IN. The gentleman I was renting from filed bankruptcy and the place went up for foreclosure. I had a knock on my door today, 3 men stood outside advising me that I was being evicted today 07/20/2010. I never received an eviction notice, nor did any of these men have any paper work on them to prove I was to be evicted today. He said that I had to be out by this weekend.

Is this true? I have no paperwork from the court, or the sheriff, or the gentleman that came over today.

Do I really have to be out this weekend, or don't I actually have to be legally evicted and given at least a 30 day notice if not a 60 - 90 day notice?

**Please only answer if you know how eviction in Indiana works, this is a matter of having someplace to live until I can get out, or being thrown on the streets this weekend.

Thank you.

Update:

Thank you domestic, I am really stressed out about this. I do have an attorney, but this just happened today, and I haven't heard from him yet.

I am no expert but I also rent in IN and I have rented for years and as far as I know you have to be given 30 days notice. I would google it or maybe contact a lawyer. Hope I helped and good luck.
