Haha just kidding... maybe you could get in touch with a humane and well-recommended wolf breeder (yes, there are wolf breeders out there; they often work with huskies and wolves--just google them online) and ask him or her to lend you a handful of their doggy's hair at their next haircut for whatever you're willing to pay.

If that doesn't work, maybe contact your local zoo and ask if they would be willing to give you some wolf hair...

May I ask why you want wolf hair? Are you making a potion? Are you a mad scientist who just needs the droppings of a vampire bat and a handful werewolf hair to resuscitate your evil minions from an underground city? Do you work at Harvard and just need wolf hair to find a cure to cancer? Are you doing research on wolves? Are you morbidly fascinated with wild animals? WHAAAT?!

Ask a keeper at your local zoo or a wolf breeder. You can sometimes find a wolf pelt for sale on Ebay, but you are very likely to end up with a cross bred, not pure wolf or even a coyote pelt.
