You could possibly get some from a zoo that had wolves or maybe some place that breeds wolves to be introduced to the wild would have samples for superstitious fruitcakes.
You know hair is just keratin right and not very different on any animal? Just use dog hair. They're the same species.

Most likely for a protection spell. I am also looking and I found some online, but the shipping costs are horrendous! I would say a zoo is your best bet.
