oh my gosh- i have been eating a lot of trail mix as well-which is very healthy and good for you becaise of all of the protein and fiber, but if you eat a absolute ton of it it can be stored as fat. dont be afraid of eating trail mix. just consider whether or not you have been getting less physical activity, like i have.

Trail mix is good! Weight gain is normal for a teen. Let it ride for a while and see what happens. We all get bigger and heavier as time goes on.

I was 165 for years...now I'm a little older and 185 is much better for me. Most of it is muscle anyway.

Don't worry about it. If you find that you are getting FAT, Then worry about it!

Uh, maybe you've been staying home, sitting on your couch/bed all day. (Like I am)

And you've haven't been burning calories?
