I meant it as in writing long hand too much - what nerves/tendons/muscles will be affected? Is there some kind of disease that comes along with that?

it depends on where you use your hand/s. there are a lot of conditions related to excessive use of the hands (or any body part). there are those affecting the tendons, the nerves, the muscles, etc. so please be more specific in your question. it will help you more in finding the right answers.
