what is a good Physical discipline to be a good Billiard player?

They say Mental factor has the biggest part in the majority of the Billiard games. I just wondering if there is any Physical discipline that should be practice by any player. Efren Reyes from the Philippines once said he didn't take a bath during a tournament in order to avoid shaky hands and bad luck. he is superstitious that's why he even change shaft during a game when he feels bad about the cue.

NOTE: I play both Pool and Snooker and I know the fundamentals of each game so please don't give an answer about Stroke and holding the cue.

the best discipline you can train yourself into is to develop a pre-shot routine. you can read up on these all over the internet, a good pre-shot routine will help to discipline yourself and to make you a much more consistent player.

Well, being superstitious is not a physical discipline. The shaking of the hands would be, but if I get beat and that player refuses to shake my hand or give me the fist jab (which I prefer) there is going to be some words that they are not going to like.

That said. Bing physically fit is a benefit for endurance and just general feeling well. But there is no secret handshake or voodoo dance that is going to make you a better player. You are better off working on the mental part of it.

I agree with pre-shot routine - Its important to do everything the same to breed consistency

Also I think that hypnosis is the ticket you're looking for - A post hypnotic suggestion to free your mind and relieve stress and pressure - Something simple like tap your right foot two times

That is just an example - Find a sports hypnotist

Experience in high pressure tourneys will do the trick. Once you get used to it then it's nothing but a routine thing. Staying down when you hit the cue. I'll stay down until something falls. It keeps you from hopping up and messing up your shots and keeps the shot true.
