Is anybody currently on the Master Cleanse 10 day diet?

If so, how is it working out? Do you feel different? See any stubborn fat fall off? Are you still exercising?

    I just did it in the beginingng of june. I did it for 14 days. It was really great for me. you will get rid of stuff you neverer thought you had lerking in your body. It is a great way to retrain yourself to eat healthy after. I worked out while I did it because I did not want to lose muscle mass. I ended up losing about 15 lbs but gained back 5 after i started eating (water weight obviously) I felt like i had more energy, a better attitude and my skin looked great after. I will probably do it a couple times a year. JUst a warning doing this will slow you metabolism, it should be done as a means to clean out your body not just for weight loss. Just remember after you get done make sure to retrain yourself to eat healthier foods. oh and btw don't be surprised when your tounge turns all white ... it will be that way until your body is done cleansing... whenever your tounge turns pink again is a good indicator when you are cleansed. Also after that I have regular bm... whereas before i only had them every 3 days..believeve me this is a great way to kick off a healthier life style... good luck

    The master cleanse isn't a diet, it's a cleanse (as the name implies). People use it to lose weight very rapidly, but they almost always end up gaining the weight back once they are done. i asked my dietician about it because i thought about doing it, but its definitely not worth it. leave that nasty stuff up to the celebs (ashton kutcher and wife are doing it)
