why don't the obama adm. sue FOX news if they are not telling the truth ?

AHA ! The truth can really hurt, can't it ? This is the one thing FOX has going for it, the truth ! The weak kneed 0bama slugs have no case, this is why they roll over when FOX speaks.

I do as though U listened to what the Dem's Liberals inventive say from the final year Fox repeats there words and what's occurring > MSNBC ABC CNN and others will basically tell U what they like U to hearken to no longer fox good undesirable or indifferent there fare & balanced as though they weren't they could be #a million with the utmost score bigger than all the different at the same time.

Because they have better things to do than sue FOX plus this country has freedom of speech and if there are ignorant people following ignorant people why the heck should Obama care.

Because when a public figure is involved you have to prove malice. It's very hard to prove that someone knew something was untrue and lied intentionally. You can't win a defamation suit on opinions, either. Simple stuff. Do a little research next time.

Because then fox news will claim that Obama was suppressing their freedom of speech. Which according to fox news includes malicious lies.

There would be a VERY long line of news organization getting sued for not telling the truth.

Most of what we see and hear on 'news' programs is opionion anyway so why bother watching?

You can't sue a news organization for lying, especially when it comes to opinion. You could for defamation of character, but as the president he would hardly have any clout behind that. It's not as though he doesn't get hit from all sides.

He only knows three things--attck sue and blame--so he uses these interchangeably--and he would sue a private citizen and call him at home if it were true..but sigh--the main liars are sitting in Congress and Obama's camp.

How about first they simply point out a "lie" and use some facts and research to prove that it is indeed a lie. It would work a whole lot better than Gibbs standard up there saying "Uh um er ah uh um er they're wrong ah um er"

Good question. Now that they've carried out their threat to sue AZ, it shows they know how to find their lawyer's office.
