Why are the UK & Ireland pages filled with US questions?

I am not interested in what is going on in America as far as their police, families, courts, etc. are concerned and only log on to see what is happening in the UK. Why are we saturated with their questions and answers? The page reads "UK & Ireland" so keep it to that.

I think the answer is actually a bit more complicated than you might think.

Some people don't realise that they have selected "All English questions", some people are stupid and (I suspect) yahoo occasionally mixes them up just to annoy people like you and me :-)

Personally it doesn't really bother me until our US cousins decide that we are wrong when it comes to answers about spelling or law, or they ask questions without saying they are in the US (most UK and Ireland questioners make it quite clear that the question is local).

People don't look at what they are doing. There are questions that absolutely nothing to do with tax or anything that is remotely connected to tax posted here.
