amazon gift certificates?
I placed an order and used gift certs as part payment. My card was declined and they emailed me to update details. I updated as asked and the payment went through, however, the g/certs were not applied. They are not in my account and on trying to re-enter the codes were not accepted as they have been used. Has this happened to anyone else?
How do I get the value of my gift certificates back?

You have to call customer service since it might take a few days for the funds to be returned to the card. Only Amazon can tell you when the value will be returned or what you must do to get the payment back. 1-800-201-7575 We here can only guess.
