Should i train strength with SS or BGS?
I am training on giant spiders in the third floor of the stronghold of security. I use sacred clay armour which gives double experience when training and my strength level is 95. I am going for 99 as quickly as possible and i just want to know which one will level my strength up faster. Money is no factor...
Also my attack level is 77..

i am a fan of the SS only because it's quick and still has fair power with a cool (but kinda weak) special.
BGS is great but i'm not a fan of that slow stuff, especially when you hit a bunch of weak hits in a row.
i'd say try both and see which one you prefer, but i would choose the SS for its speed.
