When will/did the spokane international airport in Spokane Washington get the TSA Full Body Scanners?

As of the last time I flew from that airport (a week ago), Concourse C (which has the gates for Alaska, Horizon, and Frontier) did not have these scanners. Although I have no direct experience with security for the other two concourses, I don't see why these concourses would have the scanners while the other one wouldn't.
