How many of you have read The Shack and what do you think of it pertaining to today's teachings?

What parts of it do you feel is in line with today's teachings and what parts are fiction that makes you think beyond the teachings of men? Do you see a change in truths pertaining to God coming?

Someone gave me the book to read; but I cannot read about bad things concerning children so I started after that stuff and then I skipped around a bit; but the parts I did read; some was really good. But, I don't know that it was EXACTLY biblical in every way and detail; but I wasn't offended by it or anything.

I didn't read it myself, but I heard from a reliable source that it is off doctrinally (teaches no hell, no atonement of Jesus).
