How have the Dem and Repub crime families turned potentially urgent Global Warming into a lib vs con issue?

A big part of the problem is that money is to be made at both ends. Of course, oil men don't want their incomes to drop.

But the corn lobby has made a lot of money on ethenol. And corn ethenol is NOT a good alternative fuel. (more expensive to make, corosive, etc)

With all the money involved, the lobbiests are working hard. And often bad decisions result. I already mentioned ethenol but those squirrelly new light bulbs are another example. They have mercury in them. And very few people will dispose of them properly. So we will be witnessing more and more mercury pollution, all thanks to government subsidies!

I could really get behind the green movement if I could trust that what I was hearing was science and not some lobbiest propaganda.

I place the blame on environmentalists themselves and I say this with the utter most bite possible, the most idiotic thing to do when working on getting policies through especially when they don't have to be partisan based is to make it political, but they have charged themselves up so much on a political side which they now have no honest chance of real discussion and the solutions they now present are biased and partisan, and discussion has slowed.

Within new criminal justice policies or theories, they actually take great care keep an open mind and to not charge statements in order to get discussions moving. They make sure to accommodate, to not polarize.

The reason this hasn't been going smooth for environmentalists is because of their poor presentational skills.

It is more of an acceptance of change issue. Republicans are not very accepting of any change and will fight against it. The reason why windows has not changed since windows 95 though much better solutions are available. It does not matter to Republicans if it is better or faster. They want it the same.

They do not want to have cars that do not make a familiar noise. They do not want to have to plug them in, or fill them in a different way. All change is very scary to them.

Global warming is a hoax. Wake up.

There is no such thing as man-made global warming. I am going to resist this power grab by politicians and corrupt bureaucrats.

Man made global warming is nothing more than a money and power grab scam.
