How do you open up accessories on Windows Vista © Computer?

OK So On My PC I press the start button all programs and then it just it doesn't say accessories. It has like this line of programs. Please help me!

A Line of programs and i can click one? Any ideas on what folder it could be in?

    Ok, listen carefully. Follow these steps exactly as I say them.

    1:Go to the start button, click it.

    2:Go to the bottom. Click "All Programs"

    3:You should see your programs. There is a definate border where the programs end and the folders start. You need to scroll down until you see that border.

    4:Since the folders are in alphabetical order, Accessories should be the FIRST folder.

    If you do not see it there, try searching for the spasific program you were looking for in Accessories in the search bar that you see as soon as you click the start button, at the bottom.

    Scroll down the list of programs, the folders such as "Accessories" are listed below the programs icons.
