How do you take a dull pen tip out of a tablet pen?

So my pressure on my tablet hasn't been working lately and I'm thinking that its because of the very dull pen tip (it's a habit to press hard , I guess.) Anyways, my question is how do you get the super, super dull tip out of the pen. I tried to use the tweezers that came with it, but it doesn't work, because it sinks back into the pen when pushed. I used my teeth, but it is too stubby and my teeth are too big. Now I am trying standard tweezers.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for your help.

I had that happen years ago, and what I actually did was put a dab of super glue on piece of cardboard and propped the pen upright so the nib made contact with the glue. After it dried I just pulled the pen up and the nib stayed glued to the cardboard.

Probably not the easiest way to do it, but it worked for me, and depending on how worn down it is, you may not have the option of just pulling it out with anything.

    Good luck :)

Use pliers instead of the tweezers.
